ive been suffering back pain for some time now i recently went to phsio and explained that it felt like my anal area was on fire ,i had pins and needles down both legs,it took me ages to get of bed and when i did i had pins and needles in my feet and it felt as if id run a marathon in the night i was sent to a&e and was toold the arera affected is l3 and l5 i also had an mri which didnt show much at all i have reall problems driving long distances now and it hurts when i walk sex is uncofortable i get shooting pains up my vagina and bottom it takes me ages to urinate properly and opening my bowels properly is a nightmare ive been told i have nerve damage up my bottom and have now been reffered to a neuro surgeon does anyone have any advice or suggestions as to what will help me fell more comfortable or what the surgeon will say thanks
