I just felt the same thing in mine tonite! at first i was freaked out but it seems to not giving me any pain. it might be a hernia but ill see how long it stays there. im glad that someone else relates to me. hopefully its not bad!!

Welcome to your epididymis.  It's a set of tubes (sort of like the internet) that hang off of your testicles.  It connects your testicle to your vas deferens, which feeds into the seminal vesicles, which is where you store semen until you try to pretend to be Peter North.  If it's not bugging you, it's no problem and should be there.  However, torsion (twisting) and trauma (nutshots) are two main ways of damaging those delicate structures and cause epididymitis.  A doctor can give you medicine and double check to make sure you're not substantially more harmed.

 

The white "dots" on your scrotum are probably infected or blocked oil glands.  Boys in your age category produce a lot of oil.  Just try to keep as clean as possible and don't mess with 'em or you can cause a more serious infection that will hurt and might need to be drained, again by a doctor or nurse.  This involves poking sharp stuff at your sensitive stuff.  Best advice is to keep them in tip top shape so that they never need medical care!  Wash every day with mild soap.  Wear clean underwear.  Wear condoms when hooking up--every time.

Hey this great to know that I'm not the only one that has this. It's definitely in my left testie and barely in my right but a little. Does anyone know if this will affect my fertility? Kids is something I've always desired and my girlfriend and I are looking to get engaged soon and children is definitely something we both want. Thanks guys!

I feel this firm to hard mass on the bottom side of my left testicle and it is about 1/4 to 1/3 the size of my testicle. I never noticed before about three weeks ago when I had a really bad cold. I haven't had time to get it checked out yet but it sounds like the same thing you all are describing. I'm 50 years old. 

Hi im 18 and have searched the web for the last week hoping to find an answer to the same exact issue you were explaining. Very relieved to see i'm not alone with this, and that its not serious. Going to the doctor tomorrow just to double check
