Sore nipples/white dots on nipples

hi im going through the same thing im almost 16 i havent had sex or been on any pill i have a crack in the tip of my nipples and they have some white in the cracks and i have red bumps around them and my nipples have been getting hard easily when im cold or whatever and they have been sore lately when there hard at first i thought it was just cause i bleached them cause my nipples used to be a gorgeous pink but i hated the way they had a dark circle around them when they were hard but when they were hard they were just all pink well i thought if i bleached around them i could get rid of the darkness but sometimes i got carried away and bleached the whole nipple i did it so long steadily that now when they are not hard there some kind of tan with brown around them but they are more of a white tan pinkish ugly color then when there hard there more pink but still ugly lookin oh and they have like a brown mark on them and im really scared i hope its not some kind of cancer because my mom had breast cancer since before i was born so it can be hereditary

I'm having the same symptoms. My nipples have been sore for about a week and a half, only my nipples not my breast. I also noticed the white spots recently (only on my nipples) I'm on birth control and I'm VERY good at taking it. Never miss a pill. I am sexually active with my fiance but we are very careful. I took 3 preg test this past weekend and they all came out negative.I started panicking so I made an apt with my gynecologist. I went in this morning and told her all my symptoms and she felt around. She really couldn't give me a straight answer. She said hormones can do weird things to your body sometimes or stress. I get married May 4 and my father was also just recently diagnosed with brain cancer so I have been super stressed. She prescribed me Evening Primrose Oil capsules so I guess Ill give it a try. You can buy them over the counter as well. At this point its all still a mystery unfortunately.

I'm 17 and have the same thing going on, but my nipples always HURT like crazy when they turn purple! It worrys me and I really wonder what it could be.

Well guys, for a lot of you, the white dots in your nipples and/or on your areola is simply lubrication! Its natural and nothing to be afraid of.  For the fifteen years olds especially, this is completely normal.  Those with discharge, it doesn't matter how embarassing it is or how much you hate having a Dr see your private parts, this is your body and you only have it once, some of you sound like a range of infections to possible diseases.  It is possible that if you keep picking at it you're causing the swelling and discharge, but go to the Dr! Seriously!

I had I similar thing a couple years ago I went to a doctor and she said it was because of the washing power I was using to wash my bras was causing my nipples to have a skin rash thing, she also told me to use soapfree body wash because I have eczema even though I'm a adult

Look up nipple vasospasm! It's exactly what use are all describing :) I always get it and that's what I've found

Hi, I have this problem too, and I read that they are the ends of your capillaries, or something similar, and it's completely normal

i am 13 and i am having the same problem and my nipples started to feel like they had blisters on them and then white dots appeared i think it is chafing but i am not sure.

I've had this for many years now. I believe they're called Montgomery Tubicles. I was doing some research as well and somebody brought that up. They're harmless and are actually there to protect and sterilize the nipple for breast feeding so no worries! They're a normal part of the enigma that it is to be a woman! Lol

Yes I'm 15 to I told my doctor about the white dots on my nipples and they told me to come in because sometimes it can be a sign of breast cancer.

Hey there I'm 17 and I have been sexually active for awhile now I did have a miscarriage on the 15th march and I did have little white stuff in my nipples but only if I squeezed. That went away a little while ago but now its back and I've been tired and could barely eat the eggs I had for dinner today I couldn't be pregnant again could I?

Hi. I'm 15 years old and have some of the same symptoms. My boobs are heavy and firm and sorta of hurt to the touch. I have little red speckles on one nipple that makes it really sensitive. My nipples have also look like they are cracked ever since I could remember and I haven't gotten my period yet (a day or two late) - anyone know what the problem could be? Thank you in advance!
