What do I have when I have swollen gums, sore throat, but no fever?

Hello AriHic,

It sounds like you may have gingivitis which is a bacterial infection of the gums.  You don't generally get a fever with that.  I suggest that you make an appointment with a dentist to have that checked out.  The dentist may have to apply an antibiotic directly to your gums to get them healthy again.  I so to the dentist to have them do that if I suspect I'm having a problem with my gums.  It's very important to maintain healhy gums because you could end up losing your teeth.  It is always better to have your own teeth then have to get false teeth.
