I have similar problem, mine is like a feeling of dryness on the right side of my throat, and like something is stuck dre, I eat well, no feverish conditions and dnt feel pain drinking liquids either, I dnt smoke nor drinks , but I have difficulty in swallowing saliva. please what antibiotics should I take?
