"Spasm" feeling in chest, no pain involved - part 2

I have felt this feeling for a Very long time. I am only 15 and I am in my gcse years. I get a weird feeling at the top of my spine almost like a spasm down my spine but no pain. When it happens my fingers and entire hands clench up without control. Weird thing is I like the feeling it makes me feel stronger and very awake. It scared me at first, like I had somthing wrong with me. I told my parents but they said it was from tiredness. I have no idea what it is. it's like there's somthing at the back of my head and top of my spine. It used to happen uncontrolably making me get a wired spasm down my spine. Like a shiver. It doesn't feel healthy but it makes me feel good. I have now learnt to control it and I can now get sudden boosts of strength. I have no idea what it is and I am quite worried sometimes. It's not like any other symtoms that are posted on this page but I would love it if someone knew what was wrong with me. Please help me if you can.

Has anyone ever had their stomach just kind of spasm in? It's a weird feeling, but I've had it a few times in the last few months. Almost feels like it's pulling in on a reverse breath.
