Speed and weight loss. I am wanting to lose 2 stone and have purchased some speed do I take it everyday? I am only taking tiny amounts on a morning, im not wanting to get high on it. My sole use is just to lose weight. Anyone know how long it will take me to lose the 2 stone? I know im going to recieve some negative replys but what im wanting are replies from general experience. Who told you that speed is good for weight loss? What will you do when you lose the weight you want to on speed? Go off of it? And what if you gain the weight back? I am afraid of you saying, "go back on speed." I would rather you losing weight and keeping it off. You can do this by cutting out high-fat, high-sugar type of foods. Also adding an exercise that you would enjoy and stick with after losing the weight. This would be the best way to lose the weight because it will not be regained as easily. You will be able to keep it off for the long run.

Not at all. I dont eat chocolate or crisps. Typically in a day I have special k for breakfast lunch is hit or miss and dinner is normally a sandwich that I grab at work. I walk to and from work in the winter which is half an hout away and use my bike in the summer. Since moving in with my partner ajust over a year ago I have gained the weight and cant shift it.

I know that the more a person deprives themselves of food, the more the body holds onto its fat reserves. It isn't fair but it is a "survival" thing the body kicks into when it senses it is not getting enough calories. Try eat at least 1200 calories a day, evenly throughout your day and see if that does anything for your metabolism :)
