im 13 and i realy would like to lose some weight,
i eat normal portions and i dont just pig out on junk food.
i dont attend any sports clubs but i play foot ball with my mates and run outs and were pretty active i also walk my dog everyday for an hour so i dont see why im not losing weight and i desperatly need to i extreamly tubby for my age and i weigh 6 stone. :/
Any idea's or advise anyone? :?

Hi honey: You are 13 so you are JUST starting puberty, I GUARANTEE you lovey that within a year you will sprout UP and shrink IN! When you start developing more muscle due to Testerone and you will loose all your "puppy fat" and will be defined and grow taller! It sounds like you are doing everything right, and when you continue doing this, you will be amazed at the quick transformation. Right now, due to you having less muscles, you can seriously damage your body and internal organs going on a diet or muscle building exercises. Now I know that POP is a huge thing for kids. But did you know that it contains SO many calories and sugar! And this is why so many kids are overweight! Also those "Energy" drinks are FILLED with sugar and caffeine. So just keep on doing what you are doing, cut out pop and crisps! And just keep on being active, like I said honey you WILL notice a difference, you just have to change one or 2 things and the rest will work itself out naturally! Also 84lbs isn't too bad for a 13 year old boy! Good luck and HEALTH hon!
