Hi, I am happy to say that I am pregnant 5 months now. My pregnancy goes well and I can say that I had no problems so far. But I am feeling some back pains because the baby is rather heavy. At least that is what my doctor says. Are there any spinal exercises in pregnancy?

Pregnancy is totally altered condition and lot of things are not allowed. I know that because I was pregnant three times. But the spinal exercises are not one of them. You can put your arms on your hips, stretch your legs a little and then move your upper part of the body like when you are turning back left and right. Or you can use yoga exercises if your back pain is caused from anxiety. Anyway consult your doctor.
