I need exercises to tighten my upper arms, my thighs and back. I have had three spinal fusions, two hip replacements, and one total knee replacement. I find myself walking a bit bent over. My left leg is numb from the knee down. I use a Fentanyl Patch for pain. My body is just getting to flabby

hi there go and see the doctor and see if you can exercise if they give the all clear then go o the local gym and the instructors will give you different exercise to do.
