This has been happening for quite some time now and I'm very worried (just too embarrassed to go to a doctor). I noticed one day that I had cuts that look like they are splitting open, on the shaft of my penis. They wont heal and it really hurts when I get an erection or when I try taking it out to pee. I don't know if its common but my penis turtles when there's no blood in it, so when I take it out it feels like I am tearing the cuts apart even more. Sometimes there is blood from the cuts. I get this white substance around the penis shaft that goes around the cuts that comes off if I touch it or anything as well as under the foreskin. I'm still a virgin so it wasn't sexually transmitted to me. I also get these blood blisters on my inner thigh that range in size from anywhere from 5mm-3cm wide and bleed a lot and leave a hole for a while if they open, I'm wondering if the two might be connected. I need to know what's wrong with me and how to heal it.

I have the same thing with the cuts except I dont hurt when I get an erection or when I pee. Only a slight discomfort and never have I gotten real blood, only a clear substance. Although this started a few days ago ill explain how it started and lets see what similarities there are. I have gotten lumps on the inside of my thighs *where the Scrotum and legs meet* and I have rationalized them to sweat but now that you say this I am starting to wonder if I was wrong. I do masturbate (I noticed these thanks to that) and I have a determination to quit and see if they shall heal. The skin turned red and anytime it is irritated it turns very red like a rash. One thing I have read is that the red/itchy/broken skin might be caused by Jock Itch or Yeast infection OR even low hygien practice in that area. I am not really sure what to do about the cuts because I have heard if you just leave them alone they will be fine. so out of all recommendations I would say either A. see a doctor or B. dont touch and wash gently.

I have this exact problem, that is the wounds on the shaft. It is exactly how u say it is. What did u find out about this condition? Did it get better?

This is common and is caused by a fungal infection. It occurs in Theresa where the skin is folded over on skin like your penis or folds of fat. The external cream Clotrimazole is used to treat this and is available over the counter! I hope by now this has been resolved but if not and for others reading this post - good luck!
