I am pregnant and had an ectopic with my first conception that was very traumatic resulting in serious emergency surgery. Now I am pregnant spotting and min clots but concerned because there are no signs of a sac anywhere on the vaginal US. According to my LMP I should be six weeks today. Has anyone ever experienced this? My hormone levels are still low and waiting on the results from today's blood work. To see if the levels are still increasing.
