I am 10 weeks pregnant, yesterday my boyfriend and I had intercourse which I then went to the bathroom and noticed some blood, the sex was a little rough so I am assuming that that's what the blood was from.

Today I have had brown spotting, and a slight pressure on my left side. I had a miscarriage about 3 years ago and had pain on my left side, but from what I can remember it was nothing like what I am experiencing now. (when having the miscarriage I could barely walk, and with this it's more of a annoying tingle)

I am a little worried, but don't want to overreact as I have heard that the spotting after sex and "old blood" is normal in early pregnancy.

I am wondering if anyone knows what the pressure on my side could be from. I am assuming gas? Also, I have had a few slight "stabs of pain" under the rib cage 3 or 4 times today, but nothing constant.
