I noticed under the head on the underside of the man's penis several small bumps parallel to eachother in a straight line just along the seam of the penis maybe 4 or 5 sets. They did not appear red, but they were distictly raised and looked white or skin cololerd and almost lookd like they had a small dot in the middle of each. The condom broke, this is when I noticed. I am now concerned it was some sort of STI. I do not have access to this person to ask health status, what type of testing should I consider and when would be the most appropriate time for testing.
