I started feeling fatigued, then started getting bad headaches. It switches back and forth from the back of my head to the front. Then I started to have diarrhea. It was then followed by stomach pains everytime I ate and ended up going to bathroom right after I would finish eating. Its still going on. I know I could be dehydrated but, my stomach pains are what are concerning me. Any idea what could be causing this?

The stomach pains you're experiencing need a professional diagnosis - it could be from several different causes. Best see your doctor first. (And no, I don't think its dehydration).
