I have noticed(3 months now)...that in my sperm there are some gely things...(their shape is like rice).i am very worried about that...is that normal?do i need help?

Normal, nothing to worry about. Everyones body produces a different consistency when it comes to semen, if you don't masturbate very often that could be the cause. When I don't masturbate for a while my semen becomes Jell like as well. but when I masturbate on a regular basis it is consistently liquid...... (when you come it stays solid for 20 seconds, just long enough to wipe up)
You're just getting dehydrated and rehydrated a bit more than usual. Nothing to worry about, just keep your hydration up.
