Every now and then I keep getting strange red/purple, almost bruise like marks appearing on my arms and shoulders. It appears to be under the skin, and kind of dotty. It doesn't hurt at all, and just appears there randomly. Does anyone know what this might be, what's causing this, or if I should be worried?
