I had a sore throat for about a week before I went to go see a doctor and she said it was undoubtedly strep. It's been 72 hours since I started my antibiotics (clindamycin) and I feel no better. The white spots in my throat are even getting larger. Is the infection drawing out of my throat or is it getting worse?
