Hi first time on here so apolagies, just need advice. Suffered injury at 19 miles in the Brighton marathon, had 2 xrays which showed no fracture, after 5 weeks have just had an mri which shows ? suspected fracture although none  seen, results are going to London hospital for further testing, is this normal? if so those who have had this problem...will i run again? i am so worried that trhis will be the end of my running career.

Hello Guest, don't loose heart, instead stay positive. There is nothing that is impossible especially you are an active person who runs miles in a marathon. You just need to consult an efficient doctor and also get into using some therapies like massage therapy, low level laser therapy, etc.
