yea I have the same thing its also ugly and discolored, I don't know what to do about it either so I guess I'm stuck with it. I also went to the dermatologist he said I was fine, but it isn't fine though to me. its very unpleasant to look at. it also gives me weird pains, so I'm going back to the doctor to get it checked out. a lot people say no one will care, but I think people do care you know, like women make comments about mans penises all the time. I don't think its anything to really end a life over though, but some man are depressed about these issues and I can understand that you know. I would say just research some skin care products online and find out some solutions, but I already tried a lot of treatments, we may just have to live with it.

17 year old. Had protected and unprotected sex with ex girlfriend.
I have these wrinkles on my penis head when it has been unerect for a longer period of time - not always. They appear every day.

Tested negative for HIV outside the window period (my bloodflow is very good due to low cholesterol levels so it should've spread after 14 weeks, when I had the test done)
Note:
I have the fordyce spots since I can remember. I have them all over my testies/outside foreskin and a few of on the inside of my foreskin as well.. At least that's what I think the white bumps on the inside are. They sure look like fordyce spots. My penis also has an unpleasant odor after one day without washing.
Another worthy note: When I had rash earlier (actually happened during the period of unprotected sex) I cured it with over-the-counter medication called Daktanol. It's an anti-yeast cream. After this, I started noticing the wrinkles. What do you guys think, could this be yeast, STD?
It's really bothering me. Help!

Dude you probably don't have a std calm down, but I do sympathize with you because I somewhat have the same issue if it's wrinkled and bad looking its probably from rough dry sex you know or either rough dry masturbation.

I have end stage renal disease and edema has effected my penis bad. Swollen 4 timez bigger and was like that for a length of time. Finally the swelling is gone but my penis shaft is wrinkled. It trips me out I'm only 26. Will that ointment u mentioned work for me?
