You know, both me and my girlfriend have experienced this strange sensation.

The last time she felt it, she stopped me. I read somewhere though that some women feel like they're about to pee when they are about to experience an orgasm.

Of course, I believed this for a bit... and one time during sex I came, and a second after, completely emptied my bladder. UHHH.

So, it could be sign of an orgasm or sudden peeing need. I guess just make sure to go to the bathroom before a sexual encounter.

There's a few things that may cause you to feel as though you're about to pee yourself, or really have to urinate badly during intercourse.

Firstly, it doesn't help if you already had to pee before you started foreplay or having any sort of sexual intercourse. This is because when you are having sex, the penetration of the penis can push against your bladder - or near it. An easy way to think of it is the feeling of when you have to pee, having someone pushing on your stomach near/on your bladder.

Secondly, the build up of pressures in your 'lower regions' can cause many different sensations, depending on the person or stimulation. Some pressures can build quite strongly. Sometimes when the G-spot is being stimulated repeatedly, it may feel like you have to pee, mixed with pleasurable feelings (of course). After some stimulation of this spot those pressures begin to build, and normally it is because you are going to orgasm or 'cum'. Sometimes if you push your muscles, and the pressure is built up strong enough -- some girls may squirt a watery-liquid.

This 'problem' is usually nothing to worry about. Make sure you relieve yourself before you warm things up in the bedroom. If it really bothers you, you may want to speak to your doctor and see what he/she has to say about everything. Maybe they will have something to help solve your problem.
