I had my last period on May 4. Around the last week of May I switched from the Ortho Evra Patch to the pill. Between this time and when my period was due, I had sexual intercourse with my husband. My cycle has always been consistent and it was due the first Thursday of July. However, I didn't get it.
I took a home pregnancy test a week after my period being late and it was negative. I've had excessive fatigue, rapid weight gain, back lower pain, leg cramping, some stomach cramping and frequent urination.
Could I have come out pregnant during this transition? Was it the right timing for the home pregnancy test?

Normally when you miss your period a home pregnancy tst WILL be accurate. Most people who get 'FALSE' negatives, are women who took the test too early.
Birth control itself can cause a missed period, so it is not that unusual at all.. Your best bet may be to get a blood pregnancy test, which would be the most accurate you can get.
