Ive been going to the doctors for about a year now with a pain in my abdomen much like a peroid pain but far more sevre, ive been diagnosed with PCOS but when i get a bad pain it is only ever on the left side of my abdomen where my left ovary is. The doctors have done every test under the sun and have since put me on the pill but the pain isnt subsiding or chaning. Does anyone know what this could be?

You might have an errupting cyst, it can cause severe pain to the point were you can stand up straight. Go to the doctors and ask them to do an ultra sound and it should appear if there is one.
