My foreskin is all swollen and hot, and there is this yellow stuff underneath. I checked to see if it's an std and I don't think so, but I am kinda freaked about it. Anything I can do to treat it at home? I don't ahve insurance and can't afford a doctor... pls help

It sounds as if you may have a combination of balanitis and smegma. The smegma is the yellow stuff underneath the foreskin; the balanitis would account for the swelling. I'd start by (1) washing underneath the foreskin gently but thoroughly and (2) applying a quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). If it's just a simple dermatological problem, that may be all you need to do. If the swelling and heat persist, or if there is pain due to it, consult a doctor. Good luck!
