Your daughter has been sick for three weeks by now and you didn’t take her to the doctor? Was she sick before with the same symptoms so you got used to?
It seems to me that some kind of a virus is in question and that you should check your daughter’s tonsils. Sometimes infection of the throat can cause all this symptoms you have mentioned and all this is treatable with antibiotics. But they are usually prescribed by the doctor so you will need to visit him and explain the symptoms your daughter has been having.
Since it has been a while from you have posted this question I am curious have you resolved your problem and what was the diagnosis.
