I have what I think to be a swollen ingrown hair it started out as a bunch of small bumps on the panty line close to the butt and the same night turned into one swollen area the next day I squeezed it and puss came out. I also was experiencing bad headaches, fatigue, weak, and loss of appetite. After I put hot compress on it every couple hours then on the third day it started to leak a lil when I was sleeping the night before. That afternoon I had my boyfriend pull out the hair from the middle point where the puss came out with twizzers and there was the hair with puss on it. The area is still swollen. What should I do now from this point on since the hair is out? Do I have to go to the hospital because of the swelling or to drain the puss? Or can I treat it from home?
