I performed oral with my boyfriend tonight as well, he fingered like crazy and he sucked prettty hard. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but we all seem to have very similar symptoms (from over fingering and being to rough), so I have a pretty good cure.......
1. Find some movies and a friend to help and wait on you throughout the day ( the guy who did the fingering would be good)
2. Have a couple ice packs to continually ice the irritated area throughout the day ( it will be cold so stick the pack in a pillow case). When the one pack becomes warm change packs. Very important to keep ice on to get rid of swelling. Constant ice till you begin to see results.... then keep icing (have blankets or a heater if you get cold.
3. If you are going to apply cream I would use your basic Cortizone cream. Just glob it on there GENTLY, all over in the area ( not on the innards though).
*It takes a while but stick with it

Hiya i am 27 weeks pregnant and the same things happen to me, but it always happens it is just when you either have too much stimulation on the vaginal area it becomes broken and swells, it is normal and goes away, my partner and i use flavoured lubes aswell which stimulates sex more, which makes the situation much harder to try and avoid. I dont try and stay away from sex because of it, it just shows he is enthusiastic

I get it a lot after sex or during sex, but its usually like friction when i go dry if you understand..
Also it could be a form of cystitis which i get very often due to lack of drinking and to much sex.
If you get these pains again i'd advise washing REALLY well and washing more than once a day and also keeping it moist and it may help with my soreness. Also if it doesn't get better in a few days GO TO THE DOCTORS!
