So I'm in the same boat as you and I have had this happen to me more than once. 1st always say something if it's uncomfortable in any way. 2nd put on some breathable cotton underwear on and neosporin on the bubble area. Avoid crossing your legs and maybe try some medicine for discomfort. Should go away within a few days

If I get irritation after sex I use an anti fungal cream. Even if it isn't fungus. The cream is very soothing and I am normal the next day. I find canestin to be the best and not monistat. Dryness, latex condoms, not enough foreplay and facial hair can cause this. You can tell your parents you need cream and even get an exam by a doctor. Doctors can't tell if you've had sex. Even your hymen can be broken or not even there from falling on the bar while riding your bike when you were little. Also you can go to a walk in clinic and get free samples from the doctor. Just ask for the samples.

I had this tonight really bad. Once I got home I put an ice pack on the swollen area which helped soothe the pain and take away a lot of the swelling however make sure you do not put the ice pack directly onto the vagina as you could get ice burns and make it worse so out a cloth or something between your skin and the ice.
