I am 21 years old and I have very small testicles. I don’t complain about the size of the organ but testicle look ridiculously small in comparison to penis. I talked to my friend about it and he told me he saw some devices in a sex shop that are supposed to help increase testicle’s size. Is this even possible? Should I invest my money in it!

I don’t think you should throw away your money like that. There is nothing that will increase the size of your testicles. By the age of 21, they are all grown up and there is no more further growing. You should accept this fact and learn to live with it. If you are worried that you may have problems later in life, you have nothing to worry about as the testicle size doesn’t influence your fertility or ejaculations or anything like that.

I am 22 years old. I've alwways thought that I've had small testicles. I'm not one to throw away my money on dumb stuff, but what I did do is buy lube and for about a half hour a day, I would massage my penis and my testicles. If you look up testicle massage on google, some sites that offer free advice on how to massage them should come up. I've noticed that my testicles look more full and my penis is somewhat more thick and hefty looking, compared to how it used to be. I'm sure if you try this first you might see some reasonable results.
I've also found out, that a lot of my friends that have a big penis and testicles loved playing with their testicles when they masturbate or have sex. It kind of makes sense to me that there's something with testicles that can increase size in both. So it wouldn't hurt to try!

Unfortunately, you're not right.

To spend money and time on impossible cures or treatments is wasteful and it does hurt when the money and effort could be put to better use.

It may be true that massage and stimulation will increase circulation and make it appear that testicles and penis are more robust or healthy, but if this were truely a way to make the penis larger, millions would be doing it and medical science would have documented it.

Save your money.

I'm a 30yr old female and trust, me I do not notice testicle size. However, small testes CAN be a sign of reduced fertility. Instead of worrying how they look - go and get a physical exam and a semen analysis done. If you've loads of swimmers, hopefully you'll count your blessings that you're healthy and stop worrying about how they look. Not everyone is so lucky!

I am in my early 40's...I had a girlfriend that told me my balls were small....but my penis is above average.

Anyway, later I dated a nurse and she gave me an "orchic-o-meter" (just a paper card that allows a doc to measure your testicle size...and guess what? I have normal size testicles.

Do a search or just talk to a doctor...unless your penis is small too, your normal.

Truly, whoever said that there is no way to increase testicle size is wrong.

There is a chemical (hormone) by the name of HCG that increases the amount of testosterone your body makes, which makes them bigger.

As for the one that said about penis size increasers, it's just that not a large body of doctors agree universally on what works. So, you have many people claim different products, and others who say they don't work.

Some herbs, such as tongkat ali, is known to produce such effects, but like I said, it's not universally agreed upon.

So yes, it is risky, but you must try for yourself.

But, getting yourself measured is also a good idea.

I've noticed that my testicular size varies throughout the day, normally largest when I first awake. Since I've read many places that testosterone levels also vary throughout the day and are normally highest upon awakening, I am guessing that size is related to hormone (esp testosterone) level. Of course, this may not be a causal relationship.

I think this points out that when you make comparisons to the surroundings, they appear larger or smaller.

What is going on with this obsession with testicle size?

I would speak with your family doctor if you are concerned about size.

As another guest has noted above, most women do not notice testicle size, and far fewer would comment upon size if they were sensitive to your feelings at all!

Just let things be how they are.  Someone is always trying to make money off others perceived insecurities.  For the record, I have a couple of monsters that measure 2.5" x 2"x2" and they havent made me any more rich or sucessful!
