My left testicle hurts, it isn't a constant pain but it comes and goes, my lower back of my left side starts to become sore, I'm really worried it may be testicular cancer, I can't really tell if one is larger than the other, I put my symptoms in on the internet and it says I may either have kidney stones or prostatitis, I'm really worried

Hi Guest,

The good news first is that testicular cancer usually does not cause pain.

The bad news is, you need to see your doctor - preferably a urologist.  You need to find out what is causing the pain.

It's normal for the testicles to be of different sizes.

A kidney stone can cause pain in the genitals.

If you have been sexually active it can indicate an STD.  You can also get some infections even if you have never had sex.
