Ive suffer all my child hood with my nose being to big and I always wanted to fix it but I never told my parents. Now Im 26 yrs. old and finally decided to do it but I wish I could do it sooner but is just to expensive. Is there payment plans.

So before you definitively say yes to some clinic research the background carefully and try to find at least one person who is completely satisfied. My brother said after he has recovered that he doesn't have a perfect nose but that it is fine and that you can't expect a miracle. So let me know how did it went.
