The day right after my period ended i had intercourse

Hey, i recently lost my virginity. I am on birth control (low-ogestrel#28). The day right after my period ended i had sex. My boyfriend is fairly large in penis size. Meanwhile im 5'2 118lbs. Now, during the process, he had stuck his penis in about 1inch. It may or may not had pre-*** on it. Then i felt uncolmortable and told him to put on a condom. It did hurt, and i did not bleed. He went all the way in, and when i said it didn't hurt that bad he "went to town". Then it started to hurt again. When we were done, i had a sharp pain in my back. Its been 3 days going on 4 since i lost it. And iv'e been having some complaints. Last month while taking the active pill, my breasts were sore. And now they are sore again, 5th pill in. Im also having lower abdominal pains(sharp,feels like hunger pains). And behind, and below my ribs i get a sharp pain. Not sure if im eating more than usual or not. But i went to the doctor (family doc) today about the pains. And he took a pee sample. It was cloudy and he diagnosed me with a UTI, could that be the cause of my pains? It does not hurt when i pee. But i have been peeing alot latley. And have a gurgling feeling in my stomach sometimes. Its only been 3 days, could i be pregnant
