Yeah i masterbate at least 4 to 6 times a day since i was like 12 now im 20 i havnt really noticed any side effects of masturbation. i mean less cum cuz about the 5th time around your getting drops but nothing really. ive never really used lube and i use to get like tears in the skin from masterbating to hard but that stopped about when i was 15. got a gf and we f**k a bit but shes not always there.. i dnt know i think its normal but maybe its just your mind set. i mean if you think masterbating is bad then dont do it. science has proven the sun has direct results to skin cancer and polluted air relates to lung cancer and you can die from drinking to much water. if you want to live longer then just stay out of sunlight dont breath and dont drink water, or masterbate its your call.

The more messed up a society is about the pleasures of sex, the more violent they become. This is not a simple correlation. Well, as you might have noticed that after you masterbate you become tired and and its very difficult for you to concentrate on studies or any constructive activity for that matter. It takes some time and healthy food to recover from this state. Frequent masterbation hampers your ability to handle taxing situations. This alone is one big disastrous effect of masterbation.
Another side-effect i've felt is that frequent masterbation messes up your bowel movements and causes constipation. And needless to say that constipation is one of the most discomforting feelings ever.

Coming to ur pimples now, it may or may not be caused by masterbation. Pimples have a lot to do with your skin type, diet and exercise. However, the only way for u to know for sure that if it is being caused by masterbation is too stop it for a week at least and see if there is any improvement; while having a healthy diet and regular exercise.
By the way dude, i think u're doin it a bit too much. 1-2 times a day makes it over 40 times a month, you must be feeling tired all the time. Try to reduce it to 1-2 times a week(..yes, it can be done!). You need to get out more and may be start dating.
