Masterbation, It was such a wonderful feeling when I started, I started Masterbating at the age of 13, It was accidental, I started rubbing my penis and ejaculated, It was such a wonderful feeling, felt as though I was flying the air, I felt so fresh and happy.... little did I know, this one habit of mine was gone change my life for ever. I continued masterbation for over the years, masterbating for 2 times on an average daily. The consequence of which was first pimples started growing on my entire face, I didn't realize initially why I was getting the acne, Next was I couldn't remember anything which I read about my subjects, my scores in my exams came down drastically, I almost flunked in exams, This was in the first year of my taking up masterbation.

When all this was happening, I couldn't realize why all the sudden changes in my brain activity, I lost concentration on everything, my memory starting becoming so weak down the years that I started forgetting almost everything, Down the line 3 years after masterbating daily twice, I started realizing it had something to do with masterbation, I didn't masterbate for a week, though it was extremely tough to stop myself, I virtually held my hands together so that I don't play with my penis, After not masterbating for a week, I could feel the difference in my memory and concentration, it was far better to the state when I used to masterbate, I tried to stop myself as much as I can but immediately after 3 days I again started masterbating and just couldnt control myself.

After I become a little big, I got a girl friend, When I was having sex with her, I did not masterbate for some months but once I parted ways with my GF, I again started masterbating, how much I tried to stop myself, the desires used to take over and I continued.... Down the line after 17 years masterbating, I can feel my brain has become weak that it can hardly think, remember, make a decision and gets tired within a few mins of working on anything, My life has come to a stand still and it is all because of one habit of mine that is masterbation, Now when I sometimes have sex with girls, I don't ejaculate for over 30 mins as the skin on my penis has become insensitive to the womens touch inside her vagina. Not just physically, Masterbation kills a persons mind like a cancer.

Masturbation is not bad until you do a lot like 2 -3 times day. Over-Masturbation results in loose penis and effects size too. Common problem of over-masturbation is premature ejaculation. In short " Anything in excess is harmful, whether it be eating,smoking or masturbating".

i've masterbated about once a day, for about a year, and i can really feel a difference when i don't masterbate for about a week,

first off, masterbation can cause flatulence, or to fart, when you least expect it, causing awkward situations,
also it can cause gastro intestinal problems, it makes me sounds like my stomach is hungry, as if it's growling,
