Of Course it has dozens of Harmful effects on your body , i've got some tips for u because it really worked for me when i hit the puberty , when i used to masterbate a lot.
1 ) Try to be in touch with the public a lot.
2 ) Try to make yourself busy with things you're interested in like reading , studying math,chemistry ,astrology,etc
3 ) Try Not to be alone
4 ) Avoid the hot foods as You Can.
5 ) Whenever you're feeling so turned on you can go out and neglect it.
6 ) BE CONFIDENT
7 ) Go To a Gym And Work out during the time you're feeling turned on
and alot of other activities you can do to over come that feeling making u masterbate, i know it's not easy . By Following those tips you can't just stop it but also you can get more Confidence .
