ok so randomly sometimes i get these burning, itching, terribly painful needle feelings over my skin and sometimes there so bad i collapse and cant move cause its so bad sometimes its just minor burning but its on the skin of my back, neck, and arms and ive done multiple things to see if i can find the trigger, ive tried running in place in a steamy bathroom or running outside in the sun but i cant figure out what it is, rubbing ice all over makes it go aay easily and feels great when it acts out, ive looked into it on multiple sites for people with the similar problems but almost all theres are triggered by anxiety or heat which neither of those are a definite trigger, and no redness or bumps or any sort of physical sign shows when it flairs up either

i get the same thing. it's torture!!!! especially when i'm trying to sleep! i've spent some time living outside and found that it doesn't seem to happen when i'm sleeping out in the wilderness. so i'm theorizing that it's happening as a result of electronic frequencies, such as wifi and cell phones. i have a question for the sake of uncovering this terrible mystery: have you ever taken in any type of monoatomic metals in your life? i have other theories as to what could possibly be happening but ...
