the feeling of wanting to wee everytime i have sex or ha****b

i cannot find a answer to this problem i have and its getting worse it appears like some but the situation is getting worse i have had this problem since in my 20s it mostly happens when i give myself a ha****b but can happen as well after sex with my wife

straight after ejaculation within 2 mins i get a weird sensation in my penis from what feels like the main tube bit you ejaculate from and need to rush to the toilet and wee but the sensation of needing to wee is still there and gets worse i just find myself sitting on the toilet for about 1hr with just little bits of wee coming out once i wee its ok for bout 1min then back again

now the only way i seem to get rid of it is to run a hot bath jump in and sit and wee in the bath after about the 2nd or 3rd wee i feel what i can only describe as something being disloged from my penis tube and everything is fine again but i cannot see anything in the water that would cause it there is no burning pain as others have descibed just the urge to need to wee and a feeling of somthing lodged please someone help bit inbarrsed to go to docs
