I’m 13 and I’ve tried pulling back my foreskin just so the head of the peninsula can be seen,but there is a like that is connecting the head of the penis and the foreskin if you look on the back part of the foreskin you can see a little line that goes up the middle and I think that line is the one connected to the penis

You have NO problem.
You are looking at your frenulum. It's NORMAL.
It's also normal that you can't fully retract your foreskin yet. That usually happens by around age 16 or so.
Keep trying! Stretching it will help it retract easily when you get older.
