I have the exact same issue and I discovered it just today in the shower , and it's been hurting a LOT .... Please any advice without having to go to the doctor ..I don't want anyone look inside my buttcheek

thanks for the info i was completely in the dark as to what this thing is although i suspected that it could be from sitting on those hard seats for long periods at a time at the hospital when i go to clinic. mine is about 2" x 1" and it is very painful. i am dealing with other medical issues right now such as prostate and bladder problems thanks again.

I too have a similar case. My hygiene is not a problem, and I've had one before. It pops by itself and then starts to bleed profusely. The blood is dark red, slimey and sometimes accompanied by a small ammount of clear liquid. The first one I had was almost exact to the one described above, so I'm extremely concerned now. After I squeezed the first one to get rid of the remaining blood it went away after a couple of days, now about a month later another lump has appeard only a couple inches away from the original site. If anyone could help it would be greatly appriciated!
