If you are 18 you can go to any adult toy store (i recommend online sources) and purchase a pump. They are very similar to penis pumps. This will be the only thing that will help make them thicker. Keep in mind, it is something that you will have to use in the same manner that someone would work out at a gym... its a constant workout that takes time to make a difference!
