Hi

So I'm a little nervous here. Every once and a while, I get this sharp, throbbing, pulsing pain that kinda starts near the back of my mouth like under my tounge, and then it moves down my throat to my chest, the pain is almost over whelming and it lasts for about 1-2 minutes, I'm not sure what's causing it, or what I can do to keep it from happening, I need answers
