i'm almost 16, and have a problem that's been stressing me for a time now. I'm circumcised, and when flacid, the skin around the middle of my penis is tighter, giving the shape of an hourglass. This sometimes hurt while urinating.

you have to see a doctor who can see what is wrong with your penis .you might have had a tight circumcision.

I just turned 29 and I had the same problem crop up out of the blue almost a year ago. I still havent found out exactly whats going on.
