My problem is 2 fold.
First - I cannot last more than 2 minutes once I am aroused and penetrate my partner.
Second - Once I am "finished" I cant go again for many hours (greater than 15 hours), which is a pain.
My testostorone level is okay - i checked that.

Most sexual issues with orgasm (to soon or never) or in relation to your head. Develope confidence in tearing your signifcant other open w/your mighty penis and it might improve... as for 'going again'. Not everyone can do it, I'm sorry it's a fact of life... sometimes your body is just 'spent'. Myself I can go two-three times in a row some days other days I go once and it's nap time... Hehe
