Hey, this is the girl from before (the 18 year old from Maryland). Unfortunately my account information won't register but that's whatever. I wanted to let you know that I was finally able to go see a doctor and it turns out that I have Bacterial Vaginosis. They gave me some antibiotic called Metronidazole (Flagyl) that I have to take twice a day for the next week. So far that is the only thing they found but I'm still waiting on some more S.T.D results just to make sure. Thank you for your help and advice, you really saved me.

I am glad I was a help, and particularly that you have been able to get treatment. However, it is common for Bacterial Vaginosis to recur. It seems that more than half of those successfully treated find their symptoms return - usually within three months. It seems more common in black women than other ethnic groups, although it is not known why.
What error messages do you get when you try to register? Have you tried contacting the SteadyHealth Team - try using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom right of this page. It might be helpful in the future.
