ok so, today i was masterbating and afterward i noticed the the very tip of my penis (the things that look like lips) was split, just a little but enough to bleed slightly. anyway it now hurts extremely badly when a urinate, to make it worse i am on vacation and do not know of any doctors near where i am. what is this / how can i make it stop / should i see a doctor. the pain is so bad i have been avoiding urination.

I am interested in how you managed to split/tear your urinary meatus (the "lip like" opening at the tip of your penis.
This is not an emergency and i don't think at this point you need to see a doctor however it will be quite uncomfortable to pee until it heals in some. deffinatly to NOT masturbate or put any stress on your penis. urinate fairly often so that the force or pressure of urin coming out of your penis is minimized and it should get better in a few days. your biggest thing is to watch for any signs of infection. redness/ swelling any type of discharge ect.
are you circumscized ? if not sometimes that may lead to an increased chance of infection.
