OMG i feel the exact same.

it all started 2 months ago when i suddenly felt really strange like an out of my body experience. I had a huge migraine with aura which i haven't had since i was at school.

I constantly feel completely drained, no matter how much sleep i get it doesn't refresh me. I cannot concentrate and my eyesight seems to have become strained/blurred/glazed. I have been constantly lightheaded and dizzy throughout the day like i am about to faint/''im not there'' with some bouts of tingling/numbness/nerve pain down my arm. on some occurrences i have had palpitations and found it difficult to breath/tight chest. I have begun to get confused by general everyday things and also i am having difficulty remembering things short term. My shoulders and neck have been very achy also, even to stretch backwards i feel like I'm going to pass out. i used to be very energetic and worked out a regular basis, now i find it very difficult to get through the day without falling asleep.

All of my blood work has come back fine, CT scan fine, BP fine, Blood sugar fine. So my doctor prescribed me with painkillers for my nerve pain and some meds for feeling dizzy and lightheaded and that was it, i never took them because i know in my heart i need to get to the bottom of this. i feel like i am not taken seriously at all... but in myself i know something isn't right.

I agree looking up symptoms is the worst thing you can do. but it is so frustrating when you have no answers....

Are you taking anti depressants? if so.. be cautious of drug interactions causing this. ie. aspirin/ibroprufen etc

Hey everyone,

I remember searching through these posts when I had very similar symptoms (tired, light headed and dizzy). I searched all day and night with not much luck, after going to doctor’s multiple times, I was told nothing was wrong with my health.

I spent some time thinking to myself and changed the following about myself to see what would happen.

Firstly I told myself that I was thinking about this way too much, to the point it was exhausting my brain and causing anxiety.

Secondly, I went to a naturopath and she found something NONE of the doctors could find, even with all their fancy machines. That being, I was so stressed from everything going on in life that it has exhausted me. This has caused my adrenal glads to work overtime and causing them to become fatigued.

She also told me that when your adrenal glands are exhausted it takes a toll on the rest of your body. My potassium levels were very very low due to this so she gave me some revive muscle powder to help recover with my body's mineral level.

Doing so helped me feel more awake and feel like I had more energy again.

I also stopped worrying so much about my health and told myself, if something is wrong with me, then me worrying won't fix it. So I stopped living my life in fear and started getting back into everything I loved doing, and little by little my dizzy/light headed feeling went away.

I don't know if that helps any one on here, but I thought I would share (in case it could help more people).

My advice would be, go enjoy life! Even just for a day or week, tell yourself everything will be alright and get back into doing things which make you happy. Also maybe try get checked out by a naturopath and see what they find.

and finally, stress is probably the biggest cause and unfortunately in this day and age it's hard to not be stressed, especially with how fast passed everything is. But try taking the time, even 10 mins out of your day or even before you sleep to just be away from all technology and try meditating. Helped me heaps!

On the side note, tight neck muscles or sinus could be the cause too.

Good luck to everyone out there :)

My problems started about a year and a half ago I was 19. I was hanging out with my friends when I started felling dizzy like I was on a cloud. My vision was coming and going for about 20 minutes they got me something to drink but I couldn't open it. I turned my head to put my drink down and started having a seizure. I didnt go to the doctor I just blew it off about a month later I started feeling the same way. I went to the ER and they did blood work and it came back fine they told me I was dehydrated. Now a year later I still get dizzy my vision splits I can't read a whole word altogether I have to look at it left to right. I'm pretty sure I'm not still dehydrated with about 4-6 bottles of water a day. I don't know if its something neurologic or what it could be. I get headaches on a daily basis and before this I had only 2 or 3 my whole life. I'm afraid to drive because I don't want to pass out and kill anybody. I can't live a normal life anymore and nobody seems to understand what I'm going through. Since the seizure I havent had anymore I just try to live life day by day.

Have any of you checked your thyroid....?  Blurry vision, fatigue, brain fog... just to name of few related things... Also depression, anger, dry skin, brittle nails, loss of hair... cold feet...

All of these are for Hypothyroidism.  Which is what I have.

Just saying... have them check your thyroid hormones. :)  You just never know.  Good luck.

You probably have P.O.T.S or orthostatic intolerance which can cause lightheadedness and blurred vision and brain fog as well as fatigue.

Guys,

Look into White Snow (syndrome) and see if this matches your symptoms.

If it is, good news is that doctors are beginning to pay more attention to it and it is been diagnosed. Bad news is that there hasn't been done much research on it. If you google it, there are two docotors trying to lead a study and you can make donations. Please do so.

Hang in there. Hopefully there will be some kind of a treatment soon.
