Try researching Dysautonomia. Have any of u been tested for Mitral Valve Prolapse? These symptoms sound like some of those that suffer from this condition. It affects the sympathetic & parasympathetic parts of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). The ANS helps regulate pretty much everything (blood pressure, blood volume, body temp., insulin levels, hormones... u get the idea). Because of its far reaching influence, problems with the ANS can manifest a slew of symptoms, and won't necessarily be the same from person to person despite the same diagnosis. This make it extremely difficult to diagnose as well. Many docs may think u have anxiety or are a hypochondriac. If ur lucky u will find one with the compassion & desire to really search for an answer. Personally, my Dysautonomia causes low blood pressure & low blood volume, thereby causing migraines, dizziness, & vision disturbances among other things. Hope this helps some of u find an answer. Good luck to u all.

Hi. Have you had your inner ears checked. I get problems similar to your saying and it seems to be coming from my inner ears. i was in an accident as a child and my inner ear bones were damaged. I was once told it is called laberynthitis.

I also have felt like the way u have described. I always feel like the worst is gonna happen to me like I'm gonna have a stroke or heart attack or something while I'm driving. I get scared while stuck in traffic and I start to have a panic attack. I just feel so weird somedays. I wish I knew what could help without taking medicine.

I've had the same problem too. Mine started last summer and thankfully it only lasted a couple of weeks. I felt dizzy, exhausted to where I'd sleep for 12 hrs get up for 3 then back to bed for another 6 and so on, my eyes kinda made me feel like everything was in slow motion, almost like I was high or something. My hearing became sensitive and even started humming. Like I said, it went away after a couple of weeks, just before I was about to make an appointment with my dr. for it. 2 weeks ago I was having a horrible time sleeping. I had to almost force myself to sleep after I was up for over 24 hrs. Then, a week ago it started up again.  The exact same thing. I'm so tired all the time and so on. I usually have problems falling and staying asleep, but lately I can sleep forever. I have a Rx for ambien and it usually helps when I'm not going thru my episodes like this. I thought I'd try to trick my body I guess into getting onto a normal sleep cycle again instead of sleeping 19 hrs a day by taking my meds and what ended up happening is I woke up after only 3 hrs and couldnt go back to sleep, almost like it decided to do the opposite of what I wanted it to do. I dont know what it is. I know for the past month or 2 I've been having bad dreams/troublesome dreams almost every night. So when I read the statement someone wrote about it possibly being anxiety it kinda does make sense with me???  Maybe my dreams have put my mind into a tailspin. Maybe its happening to all of us, but some people cant remember their dreams???

you need a thyroid activity test, i had the same symptoms for a long time, it was an over active thyroid which later developed into graives disease and it is very hard to diagnose best of luck but do ask for a thyroid and lupus test, thats the unexplained lightheadness fuzzy eyes and cfs chronic fatigue syndrome and it makes you sore and tired

I too am having these symptoms. It all got worse after an acute migraine attack. Now after going to the grocery store, I need to lay down. I was sent to an ophthalmologist and they discovered I have white optic nerves, should be orange-pinkish. I am now under the care of a neuro-ophthalmologist & will be seeing a neurologist specialist of some sort. I hope we figure this out. I've had dizzy issues & headaches for years. Good luck to you all.

Marie, I have had the same sx. for 2 years and been to several Dr's. They did blood test, ruled out diabetis, other bld test were OK. I can not sleep although I am very tired. My eyes are getting so bad, and blurry. Recently my family MD. gave me ambien but it only lets me sleep for 4 hours. I have now come to the end of my ropes again (after the recent blood test were OK) they found nothing. I am researching anxiety attacks / depression ect.) trying to find answer. I wish more help was available for us. It has created hardship for those of us that suffer. I hope u are getting better. I have started meditation again and it helps temporarily.

I think I'm luckier than most. Mine only seems to come once or twice a year. I'm feeling better now but realized also I feel this when I dont have enough sleep. Maybe its just our bodies telling us to sleep more? My MIL has inner ear problems that cause her to be lightheaded and feel sick like on a rollercoaster. I forgot the medical term for it. Maybe this is the start of it? Has anyone been to an ENT dr. and had their inner ear checked out? I'm not saying I have any answers, but now that mine have subsided for now I can think a little more about what might cause it. Good luck everyone.

I live in Australia and have the same symptoms, lightheaded, brain fog, and feeling really tired. I have done a lot of research and come to the conclusion that what is causing me to feel like this is something in the water! I will explain... We moved from suburbia to bush 4 months ago. Tap was was exchanged for rain water. I felt much better after a month. It did nit rain for weeks and we ran out of water so had some delivered. Within a week I was feeling really lightheaded again, brain fogged, tired and really not very happy. We have a really good water filter but whatever is in the water is not being filter out. This may be food for thought. Once we get out water supply from the natural source I will be noting if I feel better!

Has any one of you tried meditation, you may not of had heard of it but there are different colours and levels of meditation,By colours i mean different feelings different senseual flavours  different lights and there may be others that i may not know of .by levels i mean different strengths;you know going to the jym and working out is sort of a strength training way of exercising your mind ;all of your motor controls are after all in side your head so are the sensors you may not know this but every neuron inside is capable of firing at the slightest of change in pressure ,temperature ,electrolyte and other chemicals potentials and yes even light your eyes are equiped with specialized neuron which convert light to electical activity so what im getting at is you guys should try to sing your own songs rather than listen to what others say meaning sit in a quite place and think think of the 3Ws meaning what why and where think about what is all this this universe these planets this earth this system that is made up what is all this.think of the big bang wht happened  there you may not know this but youre all, meaning were are all basically made of actually ,well, ill actually leave that up to you to wonder about ill give you some thing to start on try rubbing your eyes with your knucles for a while may be a minute well actually less then that depending on how hard you do it youl see that thay start to produce a white presidence which when you open your eyes since youve swtiched those neurones ON those special neurons ,rods and cones ,have become acustomed to higher potential ,meaning thay are all firing red green and blue and all the rods as well ,and you see a white squigly rotating light in your eyes even though they are closed but when you  open your eyes your eyes  being at full potential perceive electrmegnetic  radiation which is light  being at lower potential then the  energy  which you applied with your rubbing you see a dark shadow squigling n a circule in front of your eyes reason is since the rodes and cones are already acticivated meaning sending there colur signal ,since they are all activated, which is white to the brain any thing less then that is computedby your brain as darkness as thay recharge to there normal self so in a minute or two they return to there previous average potential difference i coul go on and on but i think this suffices for the present ok take care and have a great day in any place or part of the world that youre resident ,bye

Im glad to hear that there are other people that feel like this also.  Just like a lot of you my eyes burn and my head feels cloudy too often.  People tell me that I am stressed also but I never believed them.  After reading the comments I do notice that I dont feel like this when I go to the beach and rest for a couple of days.  I always thought that it had something to do with the fact that I throw a six pack back most evenings.  On nights that I dont drink I find it extremely hard to go to sleep without sex.  I think some of my feelings (maybe some of ours) to the type of personality I have.  I am business/engineer/football/frat boy/honor roll type of guy.  To add on to that, I also have three kids now...  My mind has always went 100mph even as a kid.  My action plan is to try to force my self to cut back on the drinking allot.  Continue running about 12miles a week.  Try to get in the bed at least by 12.  Chill out more.

Have the same. I even wake up in the morning, still tired, and when I go to get up, very slowly, still feel very light headed. I can be sitting watching tv, or even eating a meal, can happen any time of day, any number of times a day, docs cant find anything wrong, just had eyes retested, nothing wrong. Beginning to feel I cant go anywhere or do anything. Tried diet changes, nothing! What to do next???
