The tooth at the top on the left side has been hurting for a while now. It's been causing headaches, ear aches & not a sharp pain but just a nagging pain. Sometimes I have sharp pains in my head & sometimes when I talk or chew my jaw gets tired. No signs of swelling just pain. I also grind my teeth at night, does this have anything to do with what im going through. Could this be more than one problem or just a bad tooth? Could my jaws lock up because of some of these problems. Could this be a sign of TMJ?

Every day a really bad cough chokes my jaw. It has started to lock my jaw while eating. The pain and cramps are locking the top of my legs, mostly on the right side of the foot. What to do?
