I am a 59 year old male who suffers with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) when I travel. It is always in the form of diaheria and always comes on very suddenly after eating. Which adult diapers / undergarment would you recommend for those times when I will not have convenient rest room facilities close by?
