Gurgling in the rectum

I have had many issues with my stomach over the past 10 years (I am 33 and female). Have never really had a diagnosis, just dealt with the different symptoms, watched what I ate, and always made sure I knew where the nearest bathroom was! But in the past few months things seemed to have changed. Instead of pain and cramps in my lower abdominal area I have gas and gurgling feeling in my rectum and mucosy discharge. When I go to the bathroom it is minimal amount of stuff that comes out and it doesn't really look like a bowel movement...it is more mucos like and light brown to clear in color. Everyonce in awhile I can see what appears to be blood, but hard to tell. I have had a colonoscopy and it came back as inconclusive...said their was red irritation, but they couldn't say why. The gurgling in the rectum area is what really lets me know that it is different then before. Have never heard or felt such a weird thing until the past few months. Any ideas???!?!?!?
